多伦多市内半独立Semi翻建 – 180万售出欣赏 附带租金实例4500-6000每月

多伦多市内的房子贵不贵?是真贵 

这套只有15尺宽的半独立屋Semi,17年购入价格是76万,一年后经过全部翻新后卖出的价格是180万。位置没有太好,College/Bathurst的东南角里。2楼两个卧室+三楼主卧+完成地下室+新装修,新房Semi一般就这种配置了。

Downtown的Condo贵不贵,其实也应该拿市内的物业来比较。

然后可以看看类似房子房价的租金 4500-6000的都有 

价格基本能做到月租金的300-350倍以内 租售比(价格/租金)也是实实在在的
