5月多伦多地产局市场报告简评 Downtown Condo依旧强势

1  独立屋销量方面,无论是市内416还是郊区905地区,独立屋销量相比去年同期有20%的回升,这个是跟我带客户看房的感觉同步的。价格方面2%-3%的波动都属正常,价格明显企稳。

2  Condo持续稳定输出,无论销量还是价格都是量价齐升。

3 市场总体表现,由于近期的贷款利率下行,市场明显好于去年。销量,挂牌量,市场有效房源,均价,售房天数这5个指标全部相比去年同期有改善,市场回暖通过数据得到确认!

4 Downtown Condo已经强势,C01区(Yonge街以西)因为面积更广平均售房周期15天,C08区(Yonge街以西)相对更多的单元靠近Downtown核心,平均售房周期只有8天!!!这个指标放到全世界的大城市市场去看,估计都是特别优秀的表现。
